Each user is permitted to maintain a single account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, gain unfair advantages, or misrepresent identity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.
4. Platform Description
Certmat Rixia provides an interactive online learning platform focused on back-end development. The platform includes, but is not limited to, the following features:
- Interactive quizzes and knowledge assessments
- Test assignments and practical exercises
- Gamified learning elements and progress tracking
- Instant feedback and performance analytics
- Educational content, guides, and reference materials
The platform is intended for educational purposes. We do not guarantee that completion of any course, quiz, or assignment will result in professional certification, employment, or any specific outcome.
5. Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms of Use.
You agree to use the platform only in ways that are lawful, respectful, and consistent with its intended educational purpose.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the platform without prior written authorization

7.2 Restrictions

Unauthorized use of platform content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
7.3 User-Generated Content

However, by submitting content, you grant Certmat Rixia a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and moderate that content for platform operation and improvement purposes.

8. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
8.1 Paid Features
Certain features or content on the platform may require payment. All pricing is displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change with reasonable prior notice.
8.2 Billing
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. By initiating a purchase, you authorize Certmat Rixia or its designated payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
8.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase or required by applicable law, all sales are final. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@certmatrixia.com within 14 days of the transaction.
8.4 Subscription Cancellation
If you subscribe to a recurring plan, you may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of an active subscription period unless required by applicable law.
9. Privacy and Data
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

- Any specific learning outcomes, results, or skill improvements will be achieved
- The content is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times
- The platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Certmat Rixia and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, progress, or account access
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Unauthorized access to your account or personal information
- Any errors, bugs, or interruptions in service
In no event shall Certmat Rixia's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you to Certmat Rixia in the twelve months preceding the claim, or the equivalent of one month's subscription fee, whichever is greater.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Certmat Rixia and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your use of or access to the platform
- Your violation of these Terms of Use
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
- Any content you submit to the platform
14. Termination
14.1 Termination by You
You may discontinue use of the platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting us at support@certmatrixia.com. Upon deletion, your access to paid content and stored progress will be permanently removed.
14.2 Termination by Certmat Rixia
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform, other users, or Certmat Rixia.
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your license to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — shall continue to apply.
15. Modifications to the Platform
Certmat Rixia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform users of significant changes in advance. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
16. Governing Terms
These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Certmat Rixia with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
